Meet the Management

SMARTHOMES headed by José Antonio Villaverde and Andrew Schweitzer has successfully built a reputation for offering exceptional, quality service and product. The main core of the business is built on satisfied customer referrals and word of mouth, a reflection of our professionalism.

José Antonio Villarverde, originally from the north of Spain, moved to Marbella’s Costa del Sol just over 20 years ago and established a highly successful real estate business. Over the years, he has built an impeccable reputation for complete customer satisfaction, and is well known for going that extra mile for each and every one of his clients. After servicing customers, his own friends and the friends of his cherished clientele, Villaverde decided is was time to expand and join forces with Andrew Schweitzer, thus birthed SMARTHOMES.

José Antonio loves both people and the real estate business and his company has been getting lots of referrals from past –satisfied customers because he treats clients the way they want to be treated. Jose Antonio is fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.

Andrew Schweitzer, born in England is the Managing Director of SMARTHOMES. Up until joining Villaverde to take part in the development of this company, he was regional director of a large, high-end real estate firm. Sharing the same commitment, providing the same care as his partner José Antonio and with close to 20 years of experience on the coast’s real estate business, Andrew leads an unrivalled team of professionals who have the knowledge, the expertise and the discipline to supply quality service and an A1 portfolio of properties to suit their customers’ individual requirements.
